Your GPS to Success

Your GPS to Success  Do you have the right coordinates?  Are you putting on the brakes or on the wrong road? Did you hit a detour and can’t get back to the main road again?

What we think and what are subconscious tells us, determines our success. Don’t let old habits and thought patterns sabotage your success. You deserve success, we all do.

Success means many different things to many people. Decide what is important to you and make it happen. Learn the knowledge you need to know, get the skills you will need, make changes to your habits, and thinking to allow you to receive it when it comes. We can all have what we want, we just have to prepare for it.

Success can be counted by money, career, family or succeeding with a goal.  It all starts with you.

What holds us back?

Sometimes the things that hold us back are what we learned as a child and we don’t even know it. It may be something someone said or showed us how things are to be. Once we learn something it goes, straight into our subconscious and from then on we use it as a reference. So we do what will keep us at that point and no matter how hard we try we never get past that point, UNLESS we change our subconscious thought pattern and we move on from there. We base our decisions on past experiences, past teachings and therefore, if we learned something wrong, we keep repeating it. We self-sabotage and a lot of the time we don’t even recognize it. Ask a friend or spouse if you do this, and ask them to be honest about it.

What else holds us back? The lack of confidence, fear of failure and yes, fear of success is a big one!

The hardest part of success is being honest with yourself, and what are know your strengths and weaknesses. No one wants to admit that we are not good at something. No one wants others to point out our weaknesses. But the simple truth is we all have them. We can not be good at everything. We may not even know what our strengths are, because we have not had a chance to use them, or we don’t give ourselves credit for being good at something. Strengths come in many forms and under many names.

Some things that hold us back:

depression

anxiety/panic attacks

anger/frustration/lack of control over emotions

excuses – some may even be legitimate

old beliefs we were taught

procrastination

fear of failure

fear of success

BUT it also can show up physically

headaches/pain  – in various areas or just one location – back, legs, arms, neck etc.
